LR1452FA Series Comby are designed for compliancy with CBC (California Title 24). The toilet is designed with toilet being offset to the right or the left, the lavatory basin is on the opposite site. The comby unit is to be installed in a front-mount application (where a typical chase is not available), in an environment where ligature-resistance is a priority.

The comby is designed to meet to meet the needs for ligature-resistance, CBC compliancy, water conservation, and the rigorous demands of security facilities.

This product is designed to decrease the probability that it may be utilized as an apparatus for ligature. It is not a replacement for professionals who are trained in the proper evaluation, management, and supervision of persons at risk of suicide. The toilet is wider behind the bowl reducing ligature points. All activation buttons, spouts, bubblers are conical in shape. The drain in the sink is uniquely designed to limit ligature points.

CBC requirements include Lavatory Clearance to Adjacent Side Wall [11B-606.6] and Toe Clearance for Extended Reach [11B-306.2 Exception]. The fixture is compliant and exceeds ADA requirements. Please check with local requirements. Compliance is subject to proper installation (including devices such as grab bars) and the interpretations of the local code authority.

WaterSense® recent advancements have allowed toilets to use 1.28 gallons (4.85 liters) per flush or less while still providing equal or superior performance. The WaterSense label is used on toilets that are independently certified to meet rigorous criteria for both performance and efficiency. Only water-saving toilets that complete the certification process can earn the WaterSense label. Must use optional HET valves to meet WaterSense label requirements.
