Single Temperature Compression Type Commercial Shower Valve
The Type 5 single temperature commercial shower valve is ideal for group shower rooms where tempered water is delivered to each station at the volume selected by the bather. Standard model is supplied with a canopy handle; lever handle is optionally available.
The compression mechanism closes with the line pressure, rather than against it, achieving a drip-tight closure while requiring less operating force.
When specified, Type 5 commercial shower valves should be backed up with a thermostatic controller at the water source.
