Option: Stainless Steel Lead-Free

The valve and stop body will be provided as a rough finish cast stainless steel. Without this option, the default product will have the valve and stop body in cast bronze with exposed parts chrome-plated. With this option, the wetted surface contacted by water contains less than 0.25% lead. This will meet lead-free requirements for NSF 61, Section 9, 1997 and Federal Public Law 111-380. The compliance should also meet the following state mandates.

• Lousiana State House Bill 471 (2011) Act 362
• Maryland State House Bill 372
