Secur-Care® Ligature-Resistant, ADA Compliant Stainless Steel Security Shower with T/P Mixing Valve-, Dual Showerhead

Dual conical showerheads and provided valve choices contribute as ligature resistant feature to this shower. These showerheads and valves are mounted on a 42" (1067 mm) high rear mounted panel. Optional Wall Sleeve or Metal Template is recommended for all installations for required wall openings. The fixture is fabricated from 14 gage, type 304 stainless steel and the exterior has a satin finish. Unit conforms with ANSI, UFAS and ADA requirements for accessibility. Compliance is subject to the interpretation and requirements of the local code authority.
Ligature Resistant Shower is designed to be installed on a finished wall and serviced from an accessible pipe chase. It also provides ADA compliance with a lower fixed-head conical showerhead.
Mounting panel is 42" (635 mm) high x 11" wide (279 mm) includes
- a single ASSE 1016 Compliant Temperature/Pressure Balancing mixing valve with a ligature-resistant tri-lever handle
- Ligature Resistant Conical showerheads are used for both upper and lower showers.
- Each shower requires a Riser Valve Pushbutton.

The shower also features two riser metering valves controlling the upper and lower shower heads the specific valve must be specified with one of the following type of valve. The riser valves will be provided on a manifold assembly - in this case with two valves (-MA2)
